At Ritual by Tracy Holzman NP-C, our policies protect dedicated provider time and ensure every patient receives attentive, unrushed medical care.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online at www.ritualbyth.com, by phone at 202-844-2655, or by social inquiry. Online booking or calling is the fastest way to confirm availability.

If you are unsure which appointment type to select, our team is happy to assist.

Call Return Policy: Messages are returned by the next business day, excluding holidays. Card on File: A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Payment at Visit: The card used to book is not automatically charged at checkout. Please bring your physical card if paying by card.

Reservation Deposit Policy

A $300 reservation deposit is required for most appointments valued at $300 or more at the time of booking. This deposit secures your provider’s reserved clinical time and is applied toward your balance at checkout.

For consultation appointments, the deposit may be applied toward retail purchases made that day or a same-day purchase of a future treatment or package. If unused during your visit, the deposit remains in your Ritual Wallet and may be applied toward retail only. Consultation deposits cannot be applied to treatments scheduled for a future date unless purchased the same day.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy (24-Hour Notice Required)

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will result in forfeiture of any required deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and do not transfer to future appointments.

Appointments without a required deposit are subject to a $300 late cancellation or no-show fee charged to the card on file.

This policy applies to all appointment types, including consultations and follow-ups.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time to ensure uninterrupted care. While we make every effort to remain on schedule, medical appointments may occasionally vary due to individualized treatment needs.

If you anticipate arriving late, call the office. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be subject to applicable fees.

Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept:

Insurance

Ritual by Tracy Holzman NP-C is a self-pay medical aesthetics practice and does not participate with insurance.

Photography

Before-and-after photographs are required at each visit as part of your medical record. Images are stored securely and never shared without written consent.

Privacy & HIPAA

We maintain medical records in accordance with HIPAA. Patient information is confidential and not shared without consent unless required by law.

Refund Policy

All services are medical and individualized. While we strive for excellent outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, we do not offer refunds.
