Tracy Holzman, MSN, NP-C

FOUNDER & SENIOR AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

I understand what it feels like to be an overstimulated consumer in the beauty and aesthetics industry. There is always a new cream, treatment, trend, device, or celebrity-driven campaign telling you that this is the thing you need. It’s a lot. And honestly, figuring out what is actually worth doing can be confusing.

That is a big part of why I do what I do.

I’m a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical aesthetics, and I’ve worked in the aesthetics industry since 2011. My job isn’t to convince you that you need more treatments. It’s to help you understand your face, your skin, your options, and what actually makes sense for you.

Sometimes that means doing something. Sometimes it means doing less. And sometimes it means telling you that you don’t need anything at all.

Aesthetic medicine has been the focus of my career from the beginning. Before becoming an aesthetic injector, I worked as an aesthetic pharmaceutical sales representative and trainer with many of the products I now use in practice. That gave me a perspective on this industry that is a little different. I’ve seen aesthetics from the business side, the product side, the training side, and now, for more than a decade, from the patient-care side.

Today, I am the founder and Senior Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at Ritual by Tracy Holzman NP-C, a medical aesthetics practice in Washington, DC. I specialize in natural-looking facial rejuvenation, cosmetic injectables, facial balancing, neurotoxins such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Xeomin, dermal fillers, biostimulatory and regenerative treatments, laser treatments, and long-term skin health.

But treatments are only part of the conversation.

I look at the face as a whole. Facial anatomy, proportions, movement, skin quality, aging patterns, lifestyle, and—most importantly—what is actually bothering you all matter when I create a treatment plan. The goal is never to make everyone look the same. It is to understand what makes your face yours and make thoughtful decisions around that.

I also firmly believe that no concern is too small or too specific. If you have been staring at something in the mirror for six months and wondering if anyone else can see it, I want to hear about it. It doesn’t automatically mean we need to treat it—but it deserves a conversation.

My approach to aesthetics is preventative when it makes sense, restorative when it is needed, and always intentionally natural. I want you to look refreshed, balanced, and like yourself—not like you have been “done.”

I believe in normalizing self-care. I believe great skin and balanced facial proportions should make makeup more fun, not something you feel like you need to hide behind. And I believe the best aesthetic work is often the work no one can quite put their finger on.

Ultimately, I want my patients to feel educated enough to make good decisions, comfortable enough to ask me anything, and confident enough to know that we are playing the long game.

Because effortless, radiant beauty shouldn’t feel complicated.

Amanda Muiter, MSN, NP-C, Nurse Practitioner at Ritual by Tracy Holzman NP-C in Washington, DC

Amanda Muiter, NP-C

Senior Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

I believe the best aesthetic work doesn’t change who you are – it helps you feel even better in the skin you’re already in. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner in Washington, DC, I bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every treatment, grounded in nearly two decades of nursing experience and a genuine investment in the people I care for.

Before finding my way to aesthetic medicine, I spent nearly 20 years caring for patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and later my Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global, graduating with honors. I was drawn to aesthetics because it gave me a new way to care for people – one that combines my clinical background with my passion for skin health, wellness, and a thoughtful approach to aging well.

My approach to aesthetic treatments is warm, honest, and results-driven. I don’t believe in looking at a single feature or chasing a particular treatment. Instead, I consider facial balance, skin quality, collagen, volume, movement, and the natural aging process to create a treatment plan that makes sense for you. I’m especially passionate about injectables, including Botox and dermal fillers, advanced laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and regenerative aesthetics. I love combining treatments to create comprehensive, individualized plans with refined, meaningful results over time. My goal is always to enhance what is already there, so you still look unmistakably like yourself.

Outside of Ritual, wellness and movement are a big part of my life. I love being active, traveling, time with the people I love, being Aunt Manda to my nephew Nolan, and a perfect martini. I believe taking care of yourself extends far beyond aesthetics – it’s how we move, how we nourish ourselves, the people and experiences we make time for, and the intentional choices we make every day.

Mackenzie Disbrow, MSN, FNP-C

AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a clinical background in emergency medicine and a passion for natural, thoughtful aesthetics.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina and my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. I began my nursing career in the Emergency Department at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and have also worked as a travel nurse in a variety of clinical settings.

Before joining Ritual as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, I completed Ritual’s intensive 12-week Advanced Injection Fellowship under the direct mentorship of founder Tracy Holzman, NP-C. My training focused on facial anatomy, patient assessment, individualized treatment planning, injectables, complication management, and Ritual’s approach to natural, comprehensive aesthetic care.

My philosophy is simple: aesthetic medicine should enhance what is already there, not change who you are. I love creating subtle, refreshed results while making sure my patients feel comfortable, educated, and involved in their treatment plan.

I’m especially passionate about neurotoxins, laser and energy-based treatments, and long-term skin health.

Outside of work, I’m originally from New Jersey and love trying new workout classes, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and reading psychological thrillers.
Caitlin Hunter, Clinical Coordinator at Ritual by Tracy Holzman NP-C in Washington, DC

Caitlin Hunter

Clinical Coordinator

I’ve always been drawn to the world of beauty, wellness, and self-care. My career began over 15 years ago as a licensed cosmetologist, where I fell in love with the way a single treatment could transform how someone felt about themselves. Nearly a decade ago I found my true calling in aesthetics, which later led me into executive leadership, partnering with aesthetics and wellness organizations to scale operations, design successful frameworks, and launch programs that elevated both patient outcomes and business growth.

While that work was rewarding, I realized my heart has always been with hands-on patient care. That’s why I am now pursuing a nursing career in aesthetics.

I love staying at the forefront of industry advancements, but what truly inspires me is education and empowering patients with knowledge so they feel confident in every decision. My greatest joy comes from seeing someone leave not only looking beautiful, but also feeling seen, supported, and radiant from the inside out.

At Ritual my goal is simple: to create a safe, welcoming space where every patient feels cared for, valued, and inspired to embrace their best self
