What is the Ritual Reserve Membership?
The Ritual Reserve Membership is designed for clients who receive regular injectables, skin treatments, and wellness services at Ritual by Tracy Holzman NP-C in Washington DC. It allows you to bank monthly credit toward your favorite treatments while unlocking exclusive member pricing and benefits.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Ritual Reserve requires a 6-month minimum membership to ensure continuity of care and the ability to achieve your aesthetic goals. Early cancellation prior to six months results in a $200 cancellation fee and repayment of any discounts or complimentary services received during the membership period.
What services can I use my Ritual Reserve credit for?
Your membership credit can be applied to:
Injectables: Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, Daxxify®, dermal fillers
Skin health services: facials, microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments
Wellness treatments: vitamin injections, IV therapy, and more
Retail skincare: select medical-grade products
Credits cannot be redeemed for gift cards, gratuities, or transferred to another individual.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancellations can be requested after the 6-month minimum. Notice must be given in writing at least 14 days before your next billing date to patientcoordinator@ritualbyth.com. You’ll be asked to sign a membership cancellation form to finalize the request.
Where is Ritual located?
Ritual by Tracy Holzman NP-C is located in Washington DC’s West End, between Georgetown University and George Washington University—a modern, medically led practice dedicated to natural, evidence-based aesthetics and wellness.
How does it work?
Each month, your chosen membership amount is added to your Ritual Reserve account. You can use these funds toward any aesthetic or wellness service at our clinic. If a treatment exceeds your available credit, simply pay the difference at checkout.
When are payments processed?
Payments are automatically charged on your original enrollment date each month. Your membership becomes active immediately upon signing and payment of the first month’s installment. A $75 setup fee may apply at the start of your membership.
Do my credits expire?
Credits never expire as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel after the 6-month minimum, you may use your remaining credit through the end of your final billing cycle.
