Practice Policies

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please schedule your appointment online, regardless if you are a new or returning patient. If you have questions about which type of appointment to book, need to be seen urgently, or need help finding an available slot, contact our office at

In order to book your appointment, you will need to provide a valid credit card. While we do not charge your card when scheduling, it is subject to our Appointment Cancellation Policy.

The card used for booking will not be used for payment during checkout. It is the client’s responsibility to bring the physical credit card to the appointment if they wish to pay with a credit card.

Any appointment requiring one or more hours will require a 50% deposit.

 

LENGTHY APPOINTMENT POLICY

Any appointment that requires one or more hours will require a 50% deposit. The deposit is forfeited if you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend the appointment within 24 hours. The funds will not transfer to future appointments.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a limited number of appointments each day. Rescheduling or canceling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance will allow another patient to take your place.

If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a $300 fee will be charged to the card used to book the appointment.

For lengthy appointments that require one or more hours and a 50% deposit, if you cancel, reschedule within 24 hours, or fail to show up, you forfeit your deposit. The funds will not transfer to future appointments.

This policy applies to all appointments, including consultations, in-person, and follow-up appointments.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it is unlikely that you will receive treatment that day if you are more than 15 minutes late. Depending on the severity of the condition and the schedules of other patients, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time.

OUR PAYMENT POLICY

At the time of treatment, you are required to pay the full amount. We accept the following payment methods:
  • Cash
  • Debit card
  • Credit card
  • Cherry financing (application and approval required before checkout)

INSURANCE POLICY

We do not participate in insurance plans.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

All patients must have their photo taken before and after treatment as part of their medical record at each appointment. These photos help us track your journey and maintain transparent and accountable progress throughout your treatments.

Patients will be asked to remove makeup using wipes or face wash provided.

All patient photos are part of your medical record and are kept secure. No patient photos are ever published or shared without direct consent from the patient.

HIPAA COMPLIANCE POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your medical records. All patient information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This means your medical records and personal information are kept confidential and secure. We do not share your information with anyone without your explicit consent except as required by law.

REFUND POLICY

Our procedures are medical, and while we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients, we cannot guarantee specific results. Due to the individualized nature of medical treatments, we do not issue refunds. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to working with you to ensure the best possible experience and results.
