I understand what it is like to be an overstimulated consumer in the beauty industry, full of creams and potions with elaborate, often unrealistic advertising campaigns. Navigating the aesthetic space is confusing. In my role as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetics since 2011, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals make informed decisions about their appearance and skin health, ensuring they feel confident and empowered in their choices.
Unlike many others in my field, aesthetic nursing has been my sole focus throughout my medical career. My previous role as an aesthetic sales representative and trainer for the products I now inject has provided me with invaluable insights that I bring to my current practice in medical aesthetics.
With over 3000 hours of specialized training under the guidance of leading plastic surgeons and cosmetic dermatologists nationwide, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my practice. I completed my BSN/RN through Stratford University’s accelerated program before earning my MSN/AGPCNP from Vanderbilt University, where I was selected based on academic excellence.
Using my knowledge of facial anatomy, clinical training, and expertise in cosmetic treatments, I provide preventative and restorative beauty enhancements that are safe, effective, and not overdone.
I believe in normalizing self-care, not dismissing a patient’s concern no matter how detailed, and viewing makeup as a complement to balanced facial proportions and great skin health. Above all, I believe that everyone deserves effortless, radiant beauty!

I’m a Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. Born in Detroit, I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have enjoyed a thriving career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for twenty years before honoring my true passion and finding my way to aesthetics. I obtained my Advanced Practice Nursing Degree from Purdue University Global, graduating with honors and I am now a board certified Nurse Practitioner.
I perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures. My aesthetic training includes the injectable treatments, laser, and skincare disciplines with over 200 hours of one-on-one with Tracy Holzman NP-C. I am committed to positively affecting lives by providing education, applying meticulous skill, and cultivating a memorable experience for each of my clients. My mission with each treatment session is to deliver superior clinical and cosmetic services that leave you feeling confident and radiant!

Natural and precise—the two core principles that have guided my career in aesthetics for over three years. I’m Layla, a board-certified nurse practitioner dedicated to providing enhancements that highlight your natural beauty and empower you to feel confident in your skin! Driven by the joy my patients experience after their treatments, I am committed to using only the cutting edge of aesthetic and regenerative medicine. I uphold this commitment through continuous training, conference attendance, collaboration with other advanced injectors, and reliance on evidence-based data. I have a thorough knowledge of facial anatomy, which allows me to practice with unique precision and create a personalized treatment plan that suits your aesthetic goals. Since maintaining results is essential, I also emphasize educating my patients on their home care regimen, not just their care in the treatment room. Above all, building meaningful connections with my patients is something I truly cherish, and I prioritize creating an environment that is genuinely comfortable.
Before entering aesthetics, I worked as a postpartum nurse for over two years, where I learned comprehensive patient care and how to truly advocate for my patients. I then pursued my nurse practitioner degree at George Washington University, graduating at the top of my class and being recognized by the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

I’m Victoria, a skilled aesthetician with a passion for transforming skin and enhancing natural beauty. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I specialize in preventative and corrective medical skincare and have developed a deep understanding of skin physiology and a keen eye for detail. My journey began with a degree in esthetics, where I cultivated a strong foundation in skin analysis, facials, and various skin treatments. Over the years, I have continued to expand my expertise through advanced medical training in chemical peels, laser resurfacing treatments, laser hair reduction, and Morpheus8 for skin tightening. Committed to staying up-to-date with the latest skincare advancements, I continually explore innovative techniques and products to provide my clients with personalized, effective solutions.
My goal is to build a trusting relationship with each client, listening concerns and tailoring treatments to address their unique needs. It is incredibly rewarding for me to witness the positive impact that my work has on my clients’ confidence and self-esteem. My journey has been anything but ordinary—I’m a former professional artistic swimmer with 15 international medals, including 9 World Cup wins.

I studied Biomedical Engineering at Virginia Tech and am currently pursuing my MBA at William & Mary. I love helping patients feel informed and confident from the moment they walk in. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with travel, hikes, and running half marathons. Additionally, I am gluten-free and enjoy finding new GF restaurant options, meals, and recipes. From scheduling appointments to answering questions, I’m here to ensure you feel supported and cared for at every step of your aesthetic journey.
